For getting someone else's signature, not your own, this emails a recipient a secure link to review and sign a PDF without needing an account, then notifies you once it's done — built for the common case of needing a signature back from a client, contractor, or tenant rather than signing something yourself.

Is my file sent to a server?
Yes — unlike most tools on this site, this conversion needs software (LibreOffice/Ghostscript/a headless browser) that can't run in your browser, so the file is uploaded, converted on our server, and then deleted. It's not stored beyond the time it takes to process your request.
Is there a file size limit?
Free use covers files up to 50MB per file; signing up for Pro raises that to 200MB.
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
No — like this site's self-sign tool, the signer's mark is a visual image overlay, not a certificate-based digital signature. This does add a minimum audit trail (the signer's IP address, browser, a timestamp, and a hash of the signed file) so there's evidence of who signed what and when if it's ever disputed, but that's short of the identity-verification and non-repudiation guarantees of a full e-signature compliance product.
What happens if the recipient never opens or signs the request?
The request just stays pending — there's no automatic deadline or expiration currently enforced, so it waits for them to act whenever they get to it.
Can I send one document to multiple people who all need to sign it?
Not currently — each request goes to a single signer's email address. For multiple signatures on one document, send separate requests in sequence.
