What is a Fill PDF Form?
Some PDFs — tax forms, applications, intake forms — are built with fillable AcroForm fields so they can be completed digitally instead of printed and filled by hand. This detects those fields and lets you type, check, choose, or select directly on the page, then flattens the result so the filled-in values display correctly in any PDF viewer.

No — Fill PDF Form runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript/WebAssembly. Your PDF is never sent to a server.
Is there a file size limit?
Free use covers files up to 100MB per file; signing up for Pro raises that to 500MB.
Does this detect form fields automatically?
It detects and lets you fill fields that are already defined in the PDF as a fillable AcroForm. It can't add form fields to a PDF that doesn't have any, and it doesn't use AI to guess field locations from a flat, non-interactive PDF.
What if my PDF doesn't have any fillable form fields to begin with?
Then there's nothing for this tool to detect and fill — a flat, non-interactive PDF needs Edit PDF instead, which lets you place text anywhere on the page regardless of whether it was built as a form.
Why does the filled form get flattened instead of staying editable?
Flattening bakes the entered values into the page content itself, so the filled-in form displays correctly in any PDF viewer — some viewers and print pipelines don't render interactive form field values correctly otherwise.
What types of form fields does this support?
Text fields, checkboxes, radio button groups, and dropdowns — the field types found in the large majority of real fillable PDFs. List boxes and signature fields aren't detected.
